Booking Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. We reserve the right to pre-authorize the card prior to arrival. Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a room.

Cancellation Policy

• Standard bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
• Non-refundable rates are charged in full at the time of booking and cannot be canceled or modified.

Payment Terms

Full payment for the room and taxes is required upon check-in. Incidental charges will require a hold on your credit card. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure digital payments.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property during their stay.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including rooms. A cleaning fee will be applied for violations.
• Pets are not permitted unless specifically booked into our designated pet-friendly rooms (subject to availability and fee).
